I was banned for sending a advertising dm to smg sir duck

I should be unbanned because it was an accident I was trying to invite my friend but I didn't know I sent a invite to sir duck I didn't know that I had him in my list and I didn't know that I couldn't invite a person from the smg server I thought you can dm them
