Take a couple of people for example. Same post, on all welcoming threads. There is no originality.

Plus I just see a wall of replies by the same person, everyone wants to get the shiny name.

Staff, I think you should do something about this.

Just look at this.

You raise a fair point it'd be more worth at least looking like you're interested in someone when you welcome them or to make it look more engaging but if it's your job to welcome people joining when they are joining in mass it could be a difficult and more time consuming process. In comparison to using an automated system as well which most forums already use if you really think everyone should be welcomed uniquely then you should put up a poll for it perhaps. I doubt a whole lot of people really object to the way things are operated though. As far as people getting their posts in the quality of peoples posts or the answers they type out should at least be lengthy enough to not be spam and that kind of thing could be enforced to an extent. That is my opinion on the subject.

Tbh, this is so pointless. You have 2,852 posts I'm sure at one point in time you were posting on all the welcome threads and doing the same thing. So, why are you complaining. You're just being hypocritical but if I'm wrong let me know, this is just an assumption.
