I would love to see less people with the scout role so can you guys consider making it harder to achieve and give them a meaning

Have you seen how many active Scouts there are? Not many. I'd consider Scout somewhat hard enough.

Maybe some sort of monthly requirement in the future but I don't see much wrong with the group.

scout is somewhat hard to earn, but yeah i'd also like to grind for this kind of role again.

I wouldn't say its hard but nor would i say its easy. For example, trying to find and refer 25 people seems easy, but so many people come and go within such a short amount of time. I tried referring new people but they just wholesomely ignore the referral or just disappear faster than i can send the link :/

Achieving scout rank isn't that hard and It would be interesting to see new goals to achieve it but I have to agree with what Wires said. Of course, there are a lot of scouts on the site but are they active? So changing this is pretty much pointless.
