I take shots of Ghost Pepper sauce, so Tabasco wouldn't be much of a challenge for me. Of course, the real champions of this question would answer with, "I would snort the crushed up Altoid and then do the shot whilst squeezing lemon juice into my eyes and smacking my head against the table." To answer the question though, I would do the sauce...easy money if there was a bet in place.
