My brother had is Gall Bladder removed because of binge drinking on those things. I rarely drink those things, as well. I used to pound them down in the Navy.

Drink more water and if you are a heavy caffeine user, I'd switch to coffee or tea. I wouldn't completely stop caffeine intake; that's how you can get severe withdrawal symptoms. My bro (yeah, again lol) tried to do an all stop, ended up in the hospital. They had to inject caffeine back into him. >_> Again, that depends on your typical caffeine intake (if you aren't a fiend, I wouldn't worry).
