Since your boy alphii comes up with the best ideas that staff love and no one  two ideas came to my head while i was snoozing. 

Idea 1: Subdiscords of SmG: You know how we have the main discord SmG Gaming Community? Why don't we have the SmG Minecraft Community discord or the SmG Valorant Community? Yes i know we have like chats for them and all of that but we should have a dedicated sub discord for certain games. 



Idea 2: Turn SmG into like 100 thieves(this one is more complicated and continuous plan):
This idea seems kinda complicated but i'll help it to the end. SmG is known for it's gaming(i mean we're the smg gaming community). But what if we branch out of just gaming and become also a lifestyle community like 100T. We can have kinda like two different main SmG's: SmG Gaming and SmG Lifestyle. We would still have the gaming forums and gaming discord but we would also have a lifestyle discord and youtube for content creators to help further make SmG big, plus we can do the same for the gaming aspect. Another thing we can do is like sell merch and stream and shit. All of this is just an idea but, if this idea is thought about, I will be on the front lines and help by any means possible to help make SmG great and better our community.

They are awesome ideas but wayyy touch maintainance, since smg has over 100k in the discord server having 3 world be a nightmare especially running things.

The main server is well boosted and promoted to the fact it wont die. The issue on more staff isn't really a problem, we can have special assigned staff but still be monitered by the main admins

I like the idea of it don't get me wrong. But that would be a lot to handle lol. Besides, we don't have as much people to maintain all that. And they take promotions and all that carefully and slow it seems.

true true... but we can have i guess i'd call it apprentice mods, mods that only have power in their selective discord, but not on the main server. And they take time yes, but i didn't say this was a week plan

1)Its not practical. We have a chat for SmGCraft and its not even close to active when you compare it with gen chat. Now imagine a whole dead server(subdiscords) for individual games. Looks like a bad scene to me. Even adding channels for individual games is a bad idea. Its just not gonna be active and will just give us dead channels. We have a #gaming for game discussions and that is not crowded. Not even close. If it were, there would be some sense in introducing subdiscords. 




2)Making a new server for the said lifestyle content is a terrible idea imo. Even though three years ago, as a grumpy kid back then I did try to run a server with almost 100 members. I personally know the dedication and hard work it takes to get a server ready to go and as active as smg is now. SmG is kinda active now and is at a point of rapid growth. I'm pretty sure this server is gonna hit roofs in the foreseeable future.

The thing is once we make another server, the main one won't go inactive but the new one won't remain active. Suppose we make such a server and let our members know that we have a new lifestyle server. Some of them would join and we'll get the server active. But in a few days the new one will die. The reason being the fact that SmG is active because of regulars. Everyday in general we can see familiar faces. These faces will come back to the old server to chill and have a good time like they always have. At least I don't see me switching between servers to have a good time with my internet friends.

But your point of interest is of great significance. Expanding smg to lifestyle content would only earn us more members. We could restrict the forums for gamers and expand our discord to accommodate both gamers and users who wants a lifestyle community.
