This has been going trough the heads of me and my friends lately where we can't decide between using a phantom or a vandal. As a vandal does 1-headshot kill at any range and the phantom has more fire rate, I personally decided to use the phantom when i'm on the attacking team and the vandal when I'm on the defending team.
Ttbh it depends on the situationa and agent im picking. if its killjoy or omen i will take phantom to be sneaky and if im feeling ballsy i will take vandal
Tbh Vandal is that type of gun which is hard for me to deal with
and Phantom deals less damage-
I would choose both like playin valorant i use both guns
but mostly Phantom

I think it depends on how good your aim is. If you mostly hit headshots and have a really good aim I would use vandal. If you usually have worse aim I would use the phantom. Also, I feel like vandal has more range than phantom so that would also be a factor in which gun you use.
Really depends on what I'm feeling for and what map, like some maps have shorter angles so Phantom would be better whilst other maps like Breeze have longer angles and that's when I usually play Vandal
