Big amount of additional features added to the Rust server, ready for the reset on 04/03/2021

1. Added a reward system with some low/mid-tier loot for accumulated time within the server.
Use the command "/gift" in the in-game chat to see your accumulated time.


2. Added a vote feature, you will be rewarded with a supply signal with a successful vote (testing different rewards)
To vote simply go to "Rust-servers.net" vote for the SmG rust server and type "/vote" to claim your reward in-game.

3. Added the option to "/voteday" to skip the night, you'll need 80% of the online players votes for this to be successful.



4. Adjusted our announcement texts. (These are 3 separate announcements that will appear in chat at random times)


5. Added the ability to check in-game playtime for yourself and the server using the command "/playtime" or "/playtime top".



6. Added a rank system (May use this for future giveaways or prizes)



7. Added a fuel icon to show the amount of fuel in your vehicle when driving.



Any of these additions that don't work correctly, or are not really liked can always be edited/removed so feel free to leave comments about it & please report bugs or problems if you find any.
