The Return of Tartaglia

Tartaglia's banner returned yesterday, and I got him! I don't actually have many five stars, and Tartaglia is now my 2nd five star DPS and I'm so friggin happy c: I don't have a solid party for him, like I don't have good characters for him, but currently my party is as follows:

DPS - Tartaglia
Healer - Diona
Support - Bennett
Sub DPS - Beidou

Anyone else wishing for him? Blush
