Does anyone else get exam or test fever? Or is it only me. And how do you deal with it?

I get that , everytime I have an exam/test specially when im not prepared at all

I get it all the time and sometimes i just find it best to slow down and take a rest. Continuing to study when you can’t handle it isn’t really effective and you should get back to it when you’re refreshed.

I got that, like, 1 month ago? cus i had a maths exam, I was prepared.. but the time pressure got to me, so i called my sister and she wrote down the calculations i told her to cus i wasnt able to write cus i was shaking like hell. tbh idk how i explained the calculations to her so that she could write them down lmaooo
