Literally asking because I need tips lol. I grew up getting used to FPS games on a controller, and moving into mouse and keyboard was and still is a mad transition. I started trying to play Valorant but I don't think its a great idea to learn from that game. I feel like its better off finding an FPS game that's more focused on team deathmatch rather than the one-life rounds of game mode since you usually don't hold any pressure because you come back alive anyway.

As for sensitivity, I know its more of a preference setting, but what sensitivity do you usually go for when you're trying to improve your aiming? I've been tweaking it from low to high sensitivity and found no sweet spot.

Step 1 - Find your sensitivity (one which your body is naturally accustomed to not the 180 turn bs)
Step 2 - Get used to ur sensi in aimlab or koovaks
Step 3 - Cross hair placement
Step 4 - Practice

Aim lab or whatever it's called. But for valorant what helps me is Deathmatch. You can get tons of kills, its fast pace, and there is no repercussions when you die.

Recon would be a good person to ask too.
