Hey guys, it's ya boi but not talking about games. Today I need to tell you guys to check out blender, because I've been having a great time with it and I think people have the wrong idea about it sometimes.
When I first opened Blender, I thought it was super overwhelming, and it is. There are a lot of options for what you can use and it's not even obvious how to pan the view. However with a simple, short tutorial, you begin to realise how intuitive Blender really is. A lot of the options actually aren't even necessary in the grand scheme of things, but are more or less there as options to better make your way towards your final product. In fact, there are so many little extra options (and I stress the word extra) that people often search for a tool in Blender before looking on a forum if they can't achieve something.
Also the ray tracing really is amazing, and the shader tools make it so easy to get the materials looking how you want them. My first render ended up looking really good, especially after denoising it. If any of you are artists or just have spare time, learn Blender, it's a great tool and you could even just use it to impress your friends with some awesome renders!
