well i just want something that can run BF3, Skyrim and all my other games on top graphics with no frame lag...

That, probably won't run those games. Unless you tone the quality down, a lot.
I run Skyrim on Ultra (Full Everything) at around 40 - 50 FPS. I have a GTX 560.
