I have a idea of letting me design a new and update header for the clan. It can be a nice project for me as i like to design using programs. I was wondering would the site be better with a animated header or non animated header. comment ideas here.

Edit: I added the blue outline to match with the theme of the Site :D And changed the background to match the top background banner.
