Just because you're always logged on doesn't mean you're always logged using the chat, it keeps track of the people for an hour then their name is removed.

Try clearing your cache on your iPhone settings. So, go to settings, choose Safari> Clear cache and cookies. After that, return to smgclan.net, and log in. Check if it's better :D Hopefully this helped you
