Updated the antiwarp to 50, that is every 50 warps you will be killed.
If you are warping that bad then perhaps you need to fix something especially if your ping is usually below 200.

I was still getting complaints at 50 so I have disabled antiwarp.
I'm guessing that the problem is that the old cantankous computer is not handling things like it use to.

Sapp has been released for use with HPC. Same commands and functions as HCE.
It is going to be trialed on our servers soon as I get the time to have a go at it.
