You can do your job and change the roster now or wait until it is all over and then change the roster if you can.

Maybe hes tired of bullshit? Idk, i have no access to ACP or its logs, or the leadership forums for that matter, but he seems pretty fed up, and from the outside i can say that what hes conplaining about seems legit.
