Rengar's single target damage isn't as good as Zed's or Kha's. :P

She is pretty good. Weak any form of cc harder than a snare though. Pretty good burst though. Nothing like a fed veigar with lots of stacks though.

A fed anyone can win or anyone who can play a certain champ well enough can win. But generally it's the team that wins not a single player. A single person can't 1v5 the other team if they work together. And although one person may help the rest of his team get fed while getting glides himself ultimately it is his team that wins the game not solely that person even though he was a major factor in it.
