Lol... you just go to Halo CE Maps and type halo custom edition in the browser.

Download, install, for a CD Key just find a random one on google any key will work for it.
Once installed, go into your HaloCE folder and run the haloupdate and it will update so you do not need a CD. Then just run haloce and u are good to go!
