So I am having this error. And when I reinstall the game. It works fine but I than have to update it so the MP works and than it start to not work again.

Any help?

Wait, the update is corrupting your Halo.exe? Is that what you're saying?

I think so.
I mean like it works perfectly after the reinstall. Than I update it and played MP but when I returned like 3 hours later corrupted. The other time when I update it says Corrupted Halo.exe when I push my Halo icon.
Also it was both HPC and HCE.

Download the patch manually, that should hopefully work.

Run a virus scan. This happened to me about six months ago, I found out that it was a halo-killing trojan.

Or the anti-virus thinking that your hce is a virus(happened with me). Make that folder as trusted or exceptions or disable the anti-virus before updating and then try
