I don't think "I killed a lot of bad guys" is really a good reason. You're going to need to elaborate more.

Keep in mind if you consider "bad guys" as bad teammates, and you were banned for teamkilling, this is a timed ban, and will not be lifted until the time expires on it.

So can you please elaborate? Also, were there any SmG members in the server at the time that you were in? What server were you using?

oops sorry, it was in SMG M2 and it was a FFA so no teammates to kill, I don't know who was the admin, it just came out of nowhere. I was doing good around 30 kills 2 deaths so I just assume it was someone assuming I was cheating for no other reason than a good score.

The logs show only "Failure Unknown" so it is more likely that something has gone wrong at your end.
Try reinstalling the game as you haven't been banned by us.
