Ok change the settings on fraps where key F9 is record/stop and F10 is picture.
When you open fraps the fps number will be on the corner. Open a game and that number will transfer to your game window. To record go click F9 and to stop F9 again (same as taking a picture). To find your video go to you computer, than HDD and there will be a folder called Fraps. Click that and go to the folder movies and there is your video is stored.

There is also the folder that says pictures. That's where you pics are stored.

To upload go to YouTube and sign in. Then on the top there is upload. Than click the button where it says "Select file to upload." Do the same step where you find the video. Click the video and it will start uploading to your channel.
