Go with the z170-ar board from asus legacy. SLI enabled and has a ton of neat features. PC building is not that hard, I thought so too, but I just built my rig, it was a bit fiddly, but there are some really good youtube videos that you can reference to (right down to the exact configuration). But building your own PC is much cheaper, and adds more customability, and what's better you got 80% of the SmG clan that knows how to build a PC for advice, Im sure we could help you out with pretty much everyting (even basics). If you still don't want to do it yourself, for a bargain visit the chaps at the IT shop Strathpine (got some retail friends, and did some work experience there), they should be able to do that for that price, just make sure you look like you know what your doing.
