Okay right click desktop, AMD Radeon Settings.
Go to the Gaming tab, on the right click "add", go to browse, browse to your haloce.exe make sure it's haloce.exe and not halo.exe, add it to the list, then click on it in the amd radeon settings. Make sure anti-aliasing is set to use application settings, hit the back button and try the game again
