Minecraft Server change request!

Can you guys please change the teleport permission so you have to send a request to be teleported and to teleport.
So you have to use: /tpa (whoever) and /tpahere (whoever)
Instead of: /tphere (Poordudewhogetsteleportedagainsthiswill)
