You are using a cracked (downloaded) cd key and as such will not be unbanned.
If you are lucky it may only have been the other player was teamkilling which is a timed ban but otherwise you should get a less common cd key.

Don't piss off old people.

The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
