Yes it's a way of bypassing the limiter. My posts will be more spam if i have to add random crap just so it can meet the limiter.

Or you can not spam altogether, which is the entire purpose of the limiter

Or I can just add bunch of periods at the end.

Or you can be hit with a hammer.
