Maybe it's because you don't know how to punctuate.

In all seriousness, either one of two things likely happened.

1) your CD key was used by someone else who was banned for cheating/hacking, in which case the CD key will not be unbanned (you'll have to reinstall with a different cd key), or

2) you were banned for cheating/hacking, in which case even if you say you didn't, you're probably not going to get unbanned.
