So I decided to actually play Halo and I saw M5 with barely anyone in it. I went to have a look and the guns need MUCH more damage, no one uses the default weapons. Everyone defaults to needler and people run for the fuel rod. The moment those are picked up, it is practically game over. I suggest we double the damage or at least increase it by 1.5 and the plasma pistol, when charged should do damage to half the health and all shields down. That way people would default to the pistol and the rifle. Otherwise, you spawn, get punched full of needler bullets and die. No exceptions.
That server needs more popularity. :/ Not sure what ideas though.

That was 05, not M5.
M5 is the one with plasma weapons only. You start with 'modded' plasma pistol and plasma rifle, Dragon.

This is the one with standard convenant weapons and 4 hogs.
I am looking at disabling the frag nades and replacing the plasma pistol with the needler.
The fuel rod gun is there to take down the hogs but plasma nades will sticky to them too.

If you're keeping the rifle, could you up the damage a bit?

Because of the 'spawn protect' you'll be shot full of needler bullets, just as the spawn protect goes off and you die. Watch as it happens.
