This video demonstrates base blocking using a tank.
Note that the tank is moving even though no one is in it. This prevents the tank from respawning so the block is permanent.
This is the reason we kick or ban players from doing this. It prevents access to the flag and is considered to be unfair play.

This is an example of spawn blocking. Although it's annoying it is allowed. The tank is not moving on it's own and will respawn if no one gets in it within the time limit. It is considered to be a tactic. No punishment is required. You can kill the player and move the tank yourself, you can even do the same back to them

Some times they do it in the opposite direction(vertical too) and which is even more damn, But I never was succesfull in trying to unblock :ugh: , thanks for the video Trinity.

Well, if the tank is very stuck and it never grows back I see a journal, but acted as a SM's telling that I will Kick, but I do not get that case and / or the time to stop doing this.

to clear the bases contact an sm and they will go in and clear them. for sm's in case you don't know to clear them get inside the vehicle it doesnt matter which seat and use the command /rclear or /bclear to remove it from the base and respawn it outside. it can be kinda tricky if the vehicle is on top of others or partly on its side and blocked by others as some people do with hogs on bg. this usually requires working on the vehicles u can get to first to make room for you to flip the other vehicles to be able to get in them. worst case scenario is we have to reset the server because it is completely jammed and you cant get into any of the vehicles. do not do this lightly though and ask permission first from a captain or admin. sometimes using plasmas will help dislodge some of them to be able to get in or to flip. my usual practice with base blockers is first a warning, then if they dont stop i kick them, and if they come back and continue i ban them
