That's a name hack/glitch. If we see those guys we usually kick them or contact an [SM].

I guess it is possible to have 9999 kills if you play long enough but that many flag captures+the kills is not likely.

It is very possible but since his name is not visible, his score is like that because the program can't recognize the characters that have replaced the score. The other indicator of a name hack is that his score should put him in first place if it was a legit score.
