Since some people don't know how to (Stinger).

Go to your C: -> Microsoft Games -> Halo Custom Edition -> Redist folder -> Run Mslxmenu and install. After this it should be all good (No need to restart computer).

well there's another way too.

u can download Msxml.exe (just google it) and install that way ur chat will appear worked for me and huayra :up:

PS: i think both r similar.
