If you want to see the servers and who is on them then click on the servers link at the top of the page.
If you want to see some stats for the servers then you can click on the ip of the server you are interested in, it will take you to more info about players on this server.

Does it tell you your spread, k/d ratio and such? How much games you play?

Checked out the website, it tracks players playing on particular servers that are using the gandanur app.
We don't use that app we use sapp. Sapp is easier to use and has better features.
