Okay so im aware that there are more maps then what the game original started out with. I find all the time on the servers that i can join games because i dont have that map. :p I have two halo games. 1) that i use to play on here that didnt come with any sort of product key code that i got free online. 2) the actual game only on that one i cant play on smg. If someone could plz explain how to add maps on the version i use to play on smg, (called halo portable combat evolved) that would be wonderful

I personally have no idea how to use the portable version. However, I will give you the simple run for the normal version:

I'm pretty sure the portable version for Custom edition can run custom maps. However I am not so sure of the portable version for Combat Evolved. So good luck. :P

Bro its simple if u have Sight Jacker,if u have it installed,u don't need to worry abt anything cuz it dowloads any map that u don't have on ya pc.This is wat i use so its really easy,i can help u if u need the link to SJ(Sight Jacker).

Download this and put into your HCE or HPC folder.

Join ANY game and it will automatically download the map for you ^^.

you unrar it...
take the contents and place it in your halo control folder...

Lol it's been posted here in different topics like 20 times. I think 2 of then were announcing it. And yea that is a great mod for halo. You can use it for halo pc or ce just use something like 7zip I think it is and extract the files then move them to ur control folder of ur halo games found in program files and Microsoft games and it will launch with ur game. It allows u to bookmark games change ur fov has a sightjacker and allows you to auto download maps and install them from halomaps.org plus a few more things.
