No, it will never be capped now, we get 150Gb download limit, it's just that the internet here is super shit because they're using telephone cables from last century, but across the road (which got new cabling 2 or 3 years ago now) got the NBN, so the cunts with new cable got even newer and better while we're stuck with the same 15 year old bullshit. -_-
