I downloaded CoD 4 MW and played it, since my friends at uni play it. And tbh it's pretty good.

CoD 4 is where the multiplayer got amazing. In other words, what made the game popular to where it is today. Personally, best CoD's go to Mw2, Bo2, and Mw3. Runners up would be Ghosts and Bo3

MW2 was absolutely amazing. Maps were perfect and multiplayer was just fun and never boring. Campaign was very memorable and epic. People blame MW2 for the noob tube spam. But it was CoD4 that really introduced it.
