Rocket League? It's losing popularity as of now but with the upcoming changes, I expect it to do well. Plus it's one of the most replied games on this thread.
Destiny 2. Even now, it still has a huge playerbase, and most endgame activities require multiple people with communication, such as Raids, Raid Lairs, Heroic Strikes, Weekly Nightfall Strike, Escalation Protocol, and also PvP gamemodes such as Trials of the Nine and Competetive. And with Forsaken coming out to be "The Taken King" to Destiny 2, I can only imagine the game to get a whole lot better. (In case you don't know, The Taken King introduced many needed changes and a plethora of content to Destiny 1, leading to a massively increased playerbase.
