Hello all! I am getting back on league from a 4 years absence due to internal problems. I took a friend's smurf for me not to grind another account, he has lots of champs n all but i have no clue what the meta is, so i will train the champs i want to play but i don't know what is strong nor overpowered. Can i have your advices and bans so i can start by banning these ones? Thank you kindly!

I look up a champion tier list every patch the website's called Nerfplz , since I can't link you can easily find a google search . The "god" champions are what I prefer to ban. Right now as of patch 7.23 I instaban Malzahar , Teemo , and occasionally Xin Zhao , but not many people play Xin only in ranked . Good luck!
