I bought a dazzle capture card it runs on RCA and I run my xbox with VGA so I configured an interesting setup this is how she goes.
VGA coupling > VGA Cable double male > Monitor
Xbox VGA > VGA Splitter<
VGA Converter - RCA > Dazzle > Laptop

Audio from xbox VGA > dazzle

Astro a40's connected via optical cables

All this had to be done because I'm too cheap to get an HD TV and bought a 23" Computer monitor instead haha. Solid setup no lag (hopefully) and the stream should be decent quality, now all I need is the dazzle to get here and I get to see if I was successful haha.

ohhh shitt. the dazzle lags from what i hear. you might have to upload after we play! which is still cool.

I used to splitter to avoid lag while I play :P so it shouldn't affect my gaming at all that is the ideal senerio though we will see.

My original idea was to go VGA to RCA and then convert back to VGA but turns out you cant do it that way so this other technique allows me to basically play lag free from the dazzle. Simply the dazzle is off to the side receiving the video but my monitor is straight to the xbox.

It was confusing for the tech that I talked to at the computer store lmao he got lost like 16 times I had to draw out the setup for him to understand it hahaha.

either way like you said if I can't get it to stream than I can simply upload games after we play. I want to make a halo reach/3 montage so doing some reading on using adobe so that I can actually use the features it offers.

Monitors usually cost more than HD TV's though ... I mean in size to money ration mostly.

Well as you said, only 23 inch, a 23 inch HD TV isn't that much, and our prices for everything are inflated and overpriced.

Monitors are usually better anyway, they have better refresh rates and smaller response times.
