for training

Would it be a good idea to use the Halo CE map: Sniper training to train for H2v? :?:

Re: for training

Bad idea, the dynamics of Halo 2 are totally different from HCE. The characters move faster, jump faster..... even the map design and layout is totally different from HCE.
The only useful outcome of repeatedly playing the map is, that your trigger finger gets used to the pace and hence you may have better mouse control/
Finally, it may increase your concentration if played with enough intensity.

That map is not really effective for training in HCE by itself.

Re: for training

Halo CE you need to learn how to lead shot. While in h2v you do lead shots when your shooting long range which is really hard.

Re: for training

Ask Stinger, he is one of the trainers. ask anyone else that is good too. They can help you train up.

Re: for training

Now theres a good question. All i can ever find is BR and snipes on Lockout and everyone uses the sniper (which is the easiest sniper in the Halo series)

Re: for training

We should have like a SmG tournament. Like SmG alone, you know. That would be really cool.
