They are making that ARAM map, Howling Abyss already, Dragon. I reckon it's pretty damn cool with the new looking towers etc. It's currently in PBE.

Proving+Snow+better background+slight turret change=Howling

another thing they should include instead of adding more champs is putting in a queue where u can join games in progress and replace leavers.

That would be a terrible idea. I don't fancy joining a Diamond elo game. It would just end badly. It would also be difficult to do in terms of programming.
