Would it be possible create a "Pro Server"?

My idea is:
-Lead activated
-Sniper and pistol
-100%
-No granades
-No powerups
-No infinite ammo

MAPS:
-Blood Gulch
-Ratrace
-Wizard
-putput
-Damnation
-Prisioner
-Derelict
-Chill Out

GAMETYPES:
-FFA 25
-FFA 50
-Team Slayer till 170 or 200
-CTF 3 or 5 flags

[SmG Nukem]

Took me a while to get around to it but SmG 07 has now been changed to a FFA to 50 kills, shield, no nades, no powerups, no health, with the maps that you asked for and lead activated.
The other gametypes can be added but not easily.
