You're running it on Windows 7. You do know that it's not entirely a legal version, right?

Check over how you installed it, or turn off the parental controls as Battlefire says.

I actually have a legit version that I bought for vista and I was able to install it fine after I downloaded windows live on it. But I didn't know if there was an ingame chat or not cuz I never saw one. Maybe ill try running as admin and see if it works.
