Some skins like Festival Kassadin are rare as hell. They could imput a 10RP toll cost to undergo a trade.

They should make more skins that you can unlock through certain achievements.

Idk do it like the old way, if you want the skin buy the whole account

How would it decrease the rareness? If you sell or give a skin away to someone you can't use it any longer and the other person can use it. Still the same amount of skins in circulation.

You're forgetting that transferring such skins is much easier now.
