I just traded my old piece of crap NetBook for a Dell Latitude E6500 Laptop.

I put my copies of Halo CE and PC on it and I will open them, they will show the opening credits like always, but won't go further. They will freeze the image and load the sounds of the menu and i can still select stuff but not see anything.

My laptop has these specs-

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53ghz Processor
2x 2GB Crosair DDR2 Ram
nvidia Quadro 256mb Graphics card
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

Please help, I would like to play with the clan members again since i got a better laptop.

Might be your nvidia Quadro thats only "256mb" What the full name of the graphics card Nvidia Quadro??

Has someone helped you fix this yet? If not I can help you fix it. Let me know.
more then likely it has to do with anti-aliasing.

If the menu is black, turn off forced Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering in your Nvidia Control Panel.

I tried turning them off, and it just stays on the Halo Opening Image on Halo CE
