hahah is funny to mention cloud again but he also haz an app that increases the sensitivity he uses that all the time if I find it I'll edit this post ;)

With graphics on low? Go to start, right click my computer, click properties, advanced settings (on the side), performance settings, and check the box that says "best performance" and apply it. Should run in the 20-30 FPS (also turn vsync off)

To set it it back go to the same area and check "let windows decide" and apply.
