Stun them before they can poke u. Build cdr and mana regen to spam ur stun

You're taric...you don't give a shit about pokes. You can heal. Build Mana Manipulator if you are having problems with mana regen.

If you see the support going to poke...you stun the adc. Generally whenever the support pokes the adc will to but if you stun hi he won't have time to add the poke too. It's also problem of your adc to realise if he's going to get poked, he needs to slam the enemy ass...and since you stunned the enemy adc he won't have any problem.
