It is free money. You do not have to spend anything but if you want to you can.
I actually made over 1k and didn't spend a dime except for the domains. If any of you wanted to start something like this I can help you out when I have downtime. You can catch me on Skype more then anything. I have my Skype listed somewhere in communications section here.
