I've asked many times what a diplomat and merchant do in the clan. Can someone pls tell me what their job is? :/

A diplomat deals with appeals and shiz like that. The merchant is a member exclusive rank for resol (sorta like the wise one for oldspritz)

Diplomat is a dead rank. It was initially so someone could handle ban appeals but was found to be un-necessary because he had no access to the servers. Handled by Nero and myself now. Merchant was created for those that wish to sell items on our forums to members supposedly at a discount.
