Ok I would understand if this dude had a really high ping but his ping was 300 and was warping... Bravo had a 350 ping and he wasn't warping so what's this dudes deal?

Fixed the vid.....
It happens when u are on wireless and have bad signal (usually fluctuating ping)
which causes jitter(brief disruptions/slow downs) in ur connection
It may happen on wired net too, if ur ISP is really shitty.
